Holiday 2025 – 25% Off Discount Rules & Regulations 

1. Eligibility 
• Offer valid for new reservations only. 
• Discount applies to standard nightly rates and cannot be combined with any other promotions, specials, or discounts. 

2. Booking Window 
Reservations must be booked between November 28, 2025 and December 31, 2025 to qualify for the discount. 

3. Valid Stay Dates 
Discounted stays must occur between November 28, 2025 and December 31, 2026. Blackout dates may apply during peak seasons, holidays, or special events.

• May 21 2026 to May 26 2026, July 2 2026 to July 6 2026, September 3 2026 to September 8 2026, October 23 2026 to October 26 2026, October 30 2026 to November 2 2026

4. Payment & Deposits 
• Standard deposit requirements apply. 
• Balance due according to Forest Grove RV Resort policies. 
• No cash value; discount cannot be redeemed for credit or refunded. 

5. Modifications & Cancellations 
• Any change to reservation dates, guest name, or site type may void the discount. • Standard cancellation policies apply. 

6. Site Types Included 
• Discount applies to eligible site types designated by Forest Grove RV Resort. • Premium, monthly, or specialty sites may be excluded. 

7. Length of Stay Requirements 
• Minimum night requirements may apply on weekends or holidays. 
• Maximum number of discounted nights may vary based on availability. 

8. Limitations
• Subject to availability at time of booking. 
• One discount per reservation. 
• Not valid for group bookings, rallies, or event blocks unless approved in writing. 
• All standard resort rules and policies apply. 

9. Right to Modify or End Promotion
